MBA overview

In the current competitive landscape, holding a professional degree like the E-JUST MBA will enable you to take your professional career to the next level. The Faculty of International Business and Humanities at E-JUST offers a two-year, part-time MBA program with five different tracks to accommodate your needs. Our unique program grants an MBA certificate that is accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities. The curriculums are carefully prepared to follow the Japanese learning system while maintaining international standards to strengthen managerial and leadership skills.

During the first year, all students study the same courses (Core Courses) to build a firm understanding of how businesses operate in the real world. In the second year, we give you the opportunity to choose the track that will best allow you to achieve your personal goals. Each track consists of three compulsory courses (9 credit hours), an applied research project (6 credit hours), and three elective courses (9 credit hours). The following five tracks are available:

Admission Requirements

A bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum grade ‘Good', or a professional diploma in Business Administration with a minimum grade ‘Good’.
Showing proficiency in the English language by providing one of the following:
1. TOEFL score of 60 IBT
2. IELTS score of 5.5
3. proof of studying in English
4. passing an English exam conducted by E-JUST
Passing a personal interview.
Applicants with a non-business background should successfully complete the following three prerequisite (intensive) courses before starting the program:
- Introduction to Management
- Principles of Accounting
- Principles of Economics

Admission Process:

If the application meets the criteria, you will receive an email inviting you for an interview.
Final acceptance email and payment of the first tuition fee installment.

Can University fresh graduates join MBA program without work experience?

Work experience is preferred. However, the University fresh graduates can join the program

Can applicant with grade below good join MBA program?

Yes, if he got any diploma in business administration with grade of good

Are there MBA courses delivered in Arabic?

No, all MBA courses are delivered in English

Can MBA student attend lectures online?

All MBA lectures are delivered on E-JUST campus. Based on the university approval, the student may attend some lectures online.

Can MBA student conduct the exam online?

No, all exams must be conducted physically on E-JUST campus

Who will be teaching in the MBA program?

The MBA courses are delivered by members of Faculty of International Business & Humanities (FIBH) who have professional experience in addition to academic experience. For some courses, external professional instructors could teach or co-teach the topics.

Should all non-business background applicants register in the 3 prerequisite courses?

After screening the applicants’ transcripts, FIBH committee will identify the number of prerequisite courses that should be registered.

How the applicants with non-business bachelor’s degree attend business prerequisite courses?

The prerequisite courses are delivered either during the summer course or regular fall semester before staring the MBA courses.

Should the applicants with non-business bachelor’s degrees attend only the business prerequisite courses?

No, the applicant should attend 75% of the lectures and pass the exams

Are there extra tuition fees for studying the business prerequisite courses?

Yes, the exact fees or discount are charged by the university council

How could applicant waive the business prerequisite courses?

If the applicants with non-business bachelor’s degrees have studies one of or more of business-related courses in the bachelor’s degree or professional diploma or master, s/he can submit the official course description and transcript to waive this course.

Is there a minimum or a maximum period for MBA program?

Yes, the student must complete all course work for the MBA degree within a minimum of four semesters, and a maximum of six semesters after the enrollment in the program.

What is attendance policy of MBA program?

The student should attend at least 75% of the class lectures

Can the applicant transfer courses of equivalent specialized program in another University?

Yes, the respective Department/School Council can allow the student to transfer credit-hour courses that he/she earned during his/her study in an equivalent specialized program in another University/Institute under the following conditions:

The student should have a minimum grade of a “B” in each transferred course.
The transferred courses must have equivalent corresponding courses in the respective program.

Can MBA Student take elective courses instead of doing applied research?

Yes, the student may select two additional elective courses, subject to the approval of the academic advisor, instead of preparing the applied research project
